The model is designed to provide predictable, non‑arbitrary pricing aligned with the Customer’s operational scale, OEM distribution scope, subscription term, and the number of AI Units licensed under the Structural Architecture.

2. Structural Pricing Formula（構造的価格計算式）

The License Fee is determined by the following institutional formula:

Total License Fee = AI Units × Unit Price × OEM Coefficient × Scale Coefficient × Term Coefficient

Each parameter is defined in the Quotation & Order Form and reflects a distinct institutional dimension of the Customer’s operational environment.

The Unit Price reflects the Customer’s operational scale and industry domain.
It is derived from internationally recognized risk‑based frameworks and aligns with ISO 42001’s organizational maturity classifications.
