1. Basic Policy（基本方針）
- The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related regulations, and maintains an information‑management framework aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 external audit requirements (runtime evidence, auditability, governance alignment).
- Due to the nature of our AI governance business, the Company does not transmit or connect personal information to external OS environments (G‑OS). All evaluations are conducted entirely within internal POC environments, ensuring that personal information never leaves controlled systems.
- The Company handles personal information only within the scope of the purposes explicitly stated at the time of collection and does not provide such information to third parties without consent.
- The Company implements technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage.
- The Company responds promptly and sincerely to requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information.
- 当社は、個人情報保護法および関連法令・規範を遵守するとともに、ISO/IEC 42001 の外部監査要件（runtime evidence、auditability、governance alignment）に基づき、情報管理体制を継続的に改善します。
- 当社は、AIガバナンス事業の特性上、個人情報を外部OS（G‑OS）に送信・接続しません。すべての評価は POC 内部完結方式で実施され、個人情報が外部環境に出ることはありません。
- 当社は、個人情報を明示した利用目的の範囲内で取り扱い、同意なく第三者に提供しません。
- 当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失、き損等を防止するため、技術的・組織的安全管理措置を講じます。
- 当社は、個人情報に関するお問い合わせ、開示・訂正・削除等のご請求に誠実かつ迅速に対応します。
