PEACE‑MAKER is a structural architecture designed to ensure societal stability, transparency, and explainability in AI systems. The architecture shall not be used for any purpose that increases societal instability or causes harmful impact. All use of the Structural Architecture must align with ethical boundaries, institutional consistency, and international standards.

PEACE‑MAKER は、AI システムの社会的安定・透明性・説明可能性を確保するために設計された構造アーキテクチャです。
本構造は、社会不安を増大させる用途、有害な影響を生じさせる用途には利用できません。
すべての利用は、倫理境界・制度整合性・国際標準との整合を前提とします。

Purpose

制度整合性と構造境界

The Structural Architecture is governed by the following principles:

  • Contribution to societal stability
  • Ensuring transparency and explainability
  • Respect for fairness, nondiscrimination, and human rights
  • Prohibition of harmful or destabilizing use
  • Alignment with institutional and regulatory requirements

These principles correspond to the official boundaries defined in the Master Agreement (Section 2).

  • 有害影響の禁止
  • 制度・規制要件との整合

License Scopes

ライセンス範囲

The Structural Architecture is available under four License Scopes:

  • Internal Use — Internal evaluation, research, development, and internal AI systems
  • Product Integration — Embedded use within the Customer’s products or services
  • OEM / Resale — Distribution or resale of products containing the architecture
  • Regulated Use — Use in regulated domains such as medical, financial, governmental, defense, and critical infrastructure

Each License Scope defines the permitted use and redistribution boundaries.

構造アーキテクチャは以下の 4 種類のライセンス範囲で提供されます。

  • 内部利用（Internal Use） 自社内部での評価・研究・開発・内部 AI システムへの利用
  • 製品組込（Product Integration） 自社製品・サービスへの組込（構造は非公開のまま）
  • OEM／再販（OEM / Resale） 構造を組み込んだ製品の配布・再販（構造単体の再配布は禁止）
  • 規制用途（Regulated Use） 医療・金融・行政・防衛・重要インフラ等の規制領域での利用

各ライセンス範囲は、利用可能範囲と再配布境界を定義します。

Prohibited Actions

禁止事項

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Reverse engineering of the Structural Architecture
  • Extraction or reconstruction of structural elements
  • Development of competing architectures
  • Independent redistribution or sublicensing
  • Unauthorized benchmarking or competitive analysis

These restrictions correspond to Master Agreement Section 5.

以下の行為は禁止されています。

  • 構造の逆コンパイル
  • 構造要素の抽出・再構築
  • 競合アーキテクチャの開発
  • 構造の独立配布・再許諾
  • 無断の競合分析・ベンチマーク

（Master Agreement 第5条）

Regulated Use Requirements

規制用途ライセンス

For regulated domains (medical, pharmaceutical, financial, governmental, defense, energy, transportation, critical infrastructure), the Customer must:

  • Maintain audit logs for 7 years
  • Ensure Value Layer and Gate configuration changes are performed only by authorized personnel
  • Notify incidents within 72 hours
  • Comply with all applicable regulatory requirements
  • Undergo compliance reviews when required

These obligations ensure institutional and regulatory alignment.

規制領域で構造を利用する場合、以下の義務が適用されます。

  • 監査ログの 7 年保存
  • Value Layer／Gate の設定変更は権限者のみ
  • インシデントは 72 時間以内に通知
  • 業界規制・法令の遵守
  • 必要に応じたコンプライアンスレビュー

国際機関が最も重視する制度整合性の根幹部分です。

Architecture‑Only Model

構造提供モデル

PEACE‑MAKER provides structural architecture only. Implementation is performed by the Customer or by external partners selected by the Customer. This neutrality allows organizations and international institutions to conduct internal POC independently and securely.

PEACE‑MAKER は 実装を提供しません。 提供するのは構造アーキテクチャのみであり、実装は顧客または顧客が選定する外部企業が自由に行えます。

この中立性により、国際機関・大企業は内部 POC を自社のペースで実施できます。

Redistribution Boundaries

再配布境界

  • The Structural Architecture cannot be distributed as an independent component
  • Redistribution is permitted only under OEM / Resale License Scope
  • All derivative works belong exclusively to PEACE‑MAKER
  • 構造アーキテクチャの独立配布は禁止
  • OEM／再販ライセンスのみ再販可能
  • 派生物はすべて PEACE‑MAKER に帰属
